Australian passport renewal checklist

How to apply for passport photo? Streamlined renewal is an easier way to renew your passport. If you qualify, then to lodge an application you only need your application checklist or form, two passport photos and your most recent passport.

There are no exceptions, even if you have renewed by mail in the past or if you live a long distance from our offices. Lodge your application and pay the passport fee at a participating Australia Post outlet or an Australian diplomatic or consular mission. In some locations, you may need to book an appointment.
